BUSINESSES

Wittle for Business

No scheduling software? Run requests, your schedule and your customers from the assistant you already use. Customers book through theirs; you answer through yours.

Connect

Add a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client with this URL:

https://scheduling.wittlelabs.ai/business/mcp
  • Sign in with the email we set up for your business at onboarding. Access is by invitation only.
  • This connector is separate from the customer one: it only ever shows your own business.

What you can ask

“What’s on today?” · “Any new requests?” · “Offer the Smith request Thursday at 2 instead.” · “Block Friday afternoon.”

You stay in control

  • Anything a customer will see (accepting, declining, proposing, moving or cancelling a visit) first shows you a summary; your assistant only goes ahead after you say yes.
  • Times are shown in your business’s time zone.
  • Customers see the result the next time their assistant checks: booked, declined, a new proposed time, or cancelled.
  • If you already use a calendar or field-service app, see Connect your scheduling instead: your schedule stays there.

Coming next

  • Email and text reminders when a request is waiting for you.
