Wittle Scheduling Tool is a connector that lets AI assistants book visits with local service companies. It is operated by Wittle Labs (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and your choices. Contact: hello@wittlelabs.ai.
What we collect
- Account details from sign-in: your email address, name (if your sign-in provides it), and an account identifier.
- Booking details you provide: your name, phone number, optional email, service address, a description of the problem, access notes, urgency, and the time window you chose.
- Booking records: which company, service and time were booked, and each status change (for example requested, confirmed).
- Operational logs: request times and internal identifiers used to run and secure the service. Logs do not contain your name, phone, email, address or problem description.
How we use it
- To find companies that serve your address and check availability.
- To send your booking to the company you chose and report its status.
- To keep your bookings private to your account.
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The service company you book with receives your booking details, through its own scheduling system, so it can do the work.
- Service providers that run the connector for us: Google Cloud (hosting, database and logs), WorkOS (sign-in), and Google Maps Platform (turning your address into a location to check the company’s service area).
- When required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records while needed to provide the service, answer questions about a booking, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and bookings at any time. Details already sent to a service company are held by that company under its own policies.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@wittlelabs.ai from your account’s email address.
- Disconnect Wittle Scheduling Tool from your AI assistant at any time in that assistant’s settings.
Your AI assistant
Your assistant (for example Claude or another app) is run by its own company and has its own privacy policy. What you say to your assistant is governed by that policy; we only receive what it sends to Wittle Scheduling Tool.
Children
Wittle Scheduling Tool is not intended for anyone under 18.
