These terms apply when you use Wittle Scheduling Tool, a connector operated by Wittle Labs that lets AI assistants find local service companies and book visits. By connecting it to your assistant and signing in, you agree to them. Questions: hello@wittlelabs.ai.
What the service does
Wittle Scheduling Tool passes booking requests between your AI assistant and participating service companies’ scheduling systems. It is in early access; coverage is limited and features may change.
Who does the work
Each service company is independent. The company, not Wittle Labs, provides the work, sets its prices and fees, and is responsible for the visit. Any agreement about the work is between you and the company.
Bookings
- Nothing is booked until you approve the summary your assistant shows you.
- Some bookings are confirmed right away; others are requests the company must confirm. The status we report is the status the company’s system gives us.
- Availability shown can change before you confirm. If a time is no longer available, you’ll be told and nothing is booked.
- Give accurate details. You are responsible for booking only on your own behalf or with permission.
Not for emergencies
Do not rely on Wittle Scheduling Tool in an emergency. If you smell gas, hear a carbon monoxide alarm, or see sparks or smoke, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility.
Your AI assistant
Your assistant is provided by another company under its own terms. It decides what to send to Wittle Scheduling Tool on your behalf; review booking summaries before approving them.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no fake or abusive bookings, no attempts to access other people’s bookings, and no automated traffic beyond normal use. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, companies or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, Wittle Labs is not liable for the work performed by service companies, for missed or changed appointments reported by a company’s system, or for indirect losses.

Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
